Child-Inspired Art & Illustrations

As a momma, a former public school teacher, and an avid lover of children's picture books, I have always enjoyed drawing and making my own little characters with their own little stories. But more so, I find so much joy in creating clever, whimsical images that spark a child's imagination, and inspire story. Over the years, I've created illustrations for my own stories created when my boys were little, or made art inspired by kids in general; like little girls who love sharks or Mexican wrestlers, for instance. 

Childhood is such a precious, fleeting season of life, and I believe it's the magic we sow in their world that nurtures them into being creative, curious, thoughtful, and above all, compassionate adults. Art, imagination, and stories are indeed a sort of wonderful magic in childhood.
